  UAE: Delivery within the UAE is free. Purchased items will be delivered within 2 working days.

  KSA: Delivery to KSA is free. Purchased items will be delivered within 7 working days.

  RETURNS

  If there is an unlikely issue with the item you purchased, such as the item being received in a defective or damaged condition, you may return the item and request a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging along with its tags (if applicable).

If you paid by credit / debit card, the funds will be returned to the same payment method and can take between 14 - 21 business days after the refund is initiated to reflect in your statement.

  For cash on delivery, we will refund your wallet which can be used for another purchase on our website. Or we can return the funds to your local bank account within the UAE.
